What does the facial involve?

This luxury facial uses a combination of innovative technologies to brighten, firm and rehydrate the skin. Here are the steps of the facial:

·        Firstly we use Diamond Microdermabrasion to remove the top layer of the dead skin cells, followed by radio frequency to plump and tighten the skin with desired anti- ageing results.

·        We then use a blend of gentle acid exfoliators to further brighten and polish the skin.

·        Once the skin has been deeply exfoliated we then use a hyaluronic acid mask to re-hydrate and plump the skin.

·        Lastly we use our NEW Led light therapy treatment to target either anti-ageing and brightening, or Acne and inflammation.

We are delighted to be able to offer women a breakthrough treatment to tighten pelvic floor muscles and treat urinary incontinence. The Emsella is highly effective, safe and does NOT involve taking your clothes off or any intimate examination. 

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE EMSELLA?
The Emsella is an advanced medical device which simply looks like a chair, you sit on it fully clothed and it uses electromagnetic technology to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles. This stimulation tightens the pelvic floor muscles, helping to alleviate incontinence. Each 28 minute session on the chair (you will need 6 in total) is the equivalent of 11,000 pelvic floor tenses!

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
Initially you will come in for FREE consultation with one of our female doctors, who will be able to explain the process and how much improvement you can expect to achieve. Please note that NO vaginal examination is carried out. 

Subject to availability, you are then able to begin the first of your 6 treatments on that day! We will then see you in clinic twice a week for the next 5 weeks - each time for a 28 minute session until your course is complete. 

IS THERE ANY RECOVERY TIME? 
There is no recovery time, daily activities can be commenced immediately after the treatment.

DOES IT HURT?
You will experience the sensation of tightening vaginal/ pelvic floor muscles’ which feel like small contractions during the procedure but generally it isn’t at all painful.

We are extremely excited to announce that Dr Leah Cosmetic Skin Clinics has continued its meteoric success story and opened a brand-new luxurious clinic in the heart of Marylebone.

The latest addition to the Dr Leah Clinic portfolio is an impressive 1700sq foot and houses a dedicated surgical facility.
